The Santos family would always love to go to mall every Sunday after attending the Mass in the morning. This became part of their bonding as one family. One Sunday, when they were walking at the entrance of the mall, they saw a group of young people asking for some food to eat. The “unica ija” of Santos family asked the parents to buy enough food for those young people outside the mall.

After several years of lock-down in the Philippines due to CoViD-19, the government in connection with the Department of Education (DepEd) ordered to open the school for face-to-face classes. One time, a grade 12 learner observed that there is some difficulty in buying drinkable water. Thus, he/she have decided to bring and provide 1 gallon of water for their section.

The residents in Talisay, Cebu province, central Philippines stand in front of damaged homes on December 18,2021 due to Typhoon Rai. Around 4.1 million children have been affected by the typhoon. As reported, they were transferred to the evacuation center to secure the safety of all families. An organization have collected a blanket, cloth, and other materials needed for the affected families from typhoon.

The Manila Disaster Risk Management Office (MDRRMO) confirmed the 5^th fire alarm last August 2, 2022, at Fugoso St., Corner P. Guevarra, Sta. Cruz, Manila. Some affected residents were transferred to Fabella Hospital to give the first aid. Many residents also have lost their home due to accidental house fires. These residents were relocated to the housing units project by the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program.

Zedrick is the first-born among the 5 children of Mr. and Mrs. Hermosa. Mrs. Hermosa is an OFW, and Mr. Hermosa is a tricycle driver in the province. Since their parents are working, Zedrick needs to be sent to their Lolo and Lola’s house. After several years, his lolo and lola had a heart attack. And as the first-born child having the knowledge, Zedrick took a good care of them until their health improves and they get well.
