Last year, I  was becoming a volunteer in an after-school sports program, ActiveKids.

I was watching the news when I saw a story about ´ActiveKids´.

ActiveKids is existing since 2010, when a group of former students from a local school has stared it. 

´ActiveKids´ gives kids a safe place to play when the school day is ending.

Volunteers received two weeks of training before they can start working

Kids who were participating  in the program last year became healthier.

I think the program is making a difference to the kids who participate.
