Defined as all the areas of the frame that are designated for a motor vehicle use

What is the approximate height of a curb?
One exception to the rule above will be with Poles. Poles will be considered as occlusions for the meeting point of drivable/road with EDB. Therefore, the EDB can't be marked without having to break the EDB classification above the pole.

In cases where you have a single bike stand barrier that is not connected to another barriers you will always mark this as an EDB

If the stairs are part of a building structure then the stairs should be classified as part of the building as EDB.

Same material as the main road bays- will be considered as road area:

In cases where you can identify a vehicle/car which is fully covered, you will ONLY classify this as a car if you can 100% identify that the covered object is a car.

Define a person traveling on foot, whether walking, running, seating or basically each person that can be seen in the relevant space.
