In cases where there are parking bay areas, and the bay pixels are classified as Road RO, we cannot change the pixels to drivable due to the 'read-only' status of the pixel. Therefore, a frame attribute '______________' will be added in frames where a bay pixel is not able to be changed to drivable where needed.
In scenarios where the stairs are NOT part of the building, AND the first stair is wide enough to identify the drivable area, then ONLY the first step will be classified as EDB and drivable of the first step only.
If the stairs are part of a building structure it should not be classified as part of the building as EDB.
