We need  to tag the scenarios as how we do in NSSHL if there are animals behind see through EDs. 

Any animal that is clear and can be identified within the maximum zoom level that we have (6 zoom level) must be classified.

Animal dummies should be classified as Animal if identified in a frame.

In cases where you can identify animals on top of an object (like car/GO/etc..) you are required to classify it as NO  ANIMAL.

In a frame where you cannot identify an animal to mark, you are NOT required to classify any other object in the frame,  What frame attribute will be use?

In this project, animals will be classified freely whenever identified in a frame. Meaning, there will be no marking area/range for animals markings (just like car/ped/bike)
