The Present Perfect Continuous is used to talk about actions that started in the past and are still continuing now.
We form the Present Perfect Continuous with: have/has + been + verb-ing.
“I have been playing tennis for two hours.” → This means the action is already finished and has no connection to the present.
Interrogative form: Has they been waiting for ages?
The Present Perfect Continuous and Present Perfect Simple always mean the same thing.
