Since  social media  pose  some threats  to  the user, it  is  good not  to use social media at all.

Media Literacy and Technology Literacy are similar in a sense that they both deal with information management. 

Information literacy refers to the ability on how to access, locate, evaluate and communicate information while media literacy focuses more on how to responsibly use media and produce media content. 

Being a responsible media user is a way to hold a positive, or at least a neutral effect of media in our life.
