Al Zubarah Fort, Barzan Towers, Al Koot Fort and Al Jassasiya Rock Carvings

Located in the north-east of Qatar, it is the most impressive of Qatar's dozen rock-carving sites. It comprises a total of 874 carvings, known as 'petroglyphs', the earliest thought to date from Neolithic times.
