You can enable approvals for timesheets and PTO in the Company > Setup > Approval Configuration page in RealPage Accounting.

Employees can now add and view timesheets in the Site View.

You cannot approve timesheets or PTOs in the Approval Workbench.

The category mapping CSV template that you can export from Spend Management is a template that will override the existing category mapping in RealPage Accounting once it is imported.

RealPage Accounting auto-confirms checks offline which means that checks are not immediately confirmed after printing them in the Print Checks page.
