Resident - Renewals 2022

The Expiring Leases page allows you to manage your residents’ renewal lease process.

The system updates the Generate step’s color from blue to red at the top of the page.

When you change information on a step in generating renewal offers , you must click the Next button to save the changes.

In Printing Renewal Offers, your download file location depends on your browser and settings.

When the letters have been sent out and a resident accepts an offer, you don't need to renew the lease and record it in OneSite

The ________________________  page includes basic lease, resident, and unit information on the left, and billing information on the right.

As part of the renewal process, you also generate individual or bulk renewal letters using the Expiring Leases page

In the Generate Renewal Offer pane that opens, you can add new offers, edit offer prices, delete offers, and add and edit additional billing transactions.

The Renewals snapshot of the Today page helps you manage the lease renewal process.

To find specific accounts, use the Lease End Date, Select Tasks, Include MTM, and Include Renewed Leases filter options.
