Mark time test was stopped and have students leave testing materials on their desks. Take all kids to the restroom and allow them to talk quietly outside of restroom.Make sure all students have gone prior to testing begun. If student showing obvious signs of needing to use restroom, have a volunteer or proctor quietly escort the student to restroom and notify your Site Coordinator. If there is nobody to escort the student, have all students in the room put down pencils and mark time test was stopped. Collect all materials and take all kids to the restroom. If students talk, flag test documents and fill out incident report.30s
- Q3A student arrives late to testing: What should you do?He only missed the directions so it is o.k. for him to enter the testing room as none of the students officially started bubbling answers yet.Allow the student to enter the testing room after testing has begun and add the time he missed onto his testing time. That's only fair.Allow the student to enter the testing room after testing has begun. He must however finish at the designated end time for the others in the room since he was late.If the examiner has not begun reading instructions yet, the student may enter the testing room. If this is not possible and there is not another site team member qualified to be an examiner who is available to test this student individually, the site coordinator should explain to the adult that allowing the student to enter the testing room would cause a testing violation, therefore the student may not enter the testing room. SC will provide makeup details to adult.30s
