His horse Bucephalus died there and he honoured his horse by naming the city after it. Eat foods rich in vitamins and minerals. Your Hands and Feet One of the most useful part of the body is your hand, which manages all your tasks together with your feet, which support the entire body. Ways on taking care of your hands and feet: a. Always keep your hands clean. b. Wash your hands before and after eating. c. Wash your feet before going to sleep. d. If your feet easily perspire, soak them in warm salty water for about 15 minutes daily. e. Dry with a clean towel. Dust with powder.
