When you enter a transaction by mistake, OneSite allows you to reverse it.

When the transaction is reversed, OneSite creates a second transaction of an equal amount to offset the original transaction to adjust the ledger balance.

What function do we need to perform when you reversed a transaction that you thought you credited to the wrong account, and then realize that there was no error in the original post. 

When you accidentally credit a payment to the wrong household, OneSite will not allow you move that payment and apply it to the correct household.

All items with a transaction code PMTOPACH in a ledger are electronic payments.

The _________________  option lets you assess charges or credits to all residents, or a selected group, at one time. 

You can use bulk transactions to post both charges and credits.

Depending on your property’s refund process, you can inform your accounting department to process the refund check for the resident.
