What is the Event When the host lane is being merged from either side.
Identify the event: When the lane from either side of the host lane is ending and is merging with the host lane. labeled from the moment the lanes start to merge until they become one lane.
Identify the event: When a new lane is created (on either side) for the sole purpose of exiting the highway/freeway/road and is not marked with any lane marks.

We label chubby only when the dashes are significantly thicker (chubbier) than usual dashes. Usually found at exits/ merges.
