This is the tab in Active Building Portal where we usually utilize if we want to search for a property or PMC’s. to retrieve information including the status and necessary details from the PMC’s.

By selecting ”this option” when we go to Communities Tab under Resident Resync, this will allow you to Download the list of Units that needs to be add in the community portal.
If the ”Auto-Sync” option under Resident Sync is opted-in, this indicates that the residents who will undergo a registration process will not be required a Pin to complete it.
This Tab under Master Admin will allow us to login as a resident or check if the resident has an existing account in the portal with the given email address.
Once we retrieved the resident’s account, by selecting this option, you will be routed to the active building community portal as a resident.

If you’re login as an admin user, under “Application Settings”, you will find the option to configure or add a unit.
