This is when the coach and the coachee creates strategy and formulate specific, measurable, attainable, relevant solution that's time bound.
This is a feedback approach which starts with compliment then end with criticism (opportunities)
An approach which starts with something positive to warm up the discussion. Followed by the feedback the coach actually wanted to give. Then close with something else positive to soften the real feedback.
The agreement between parties is observed. This is when the summary of the coaching session takes place.
