Is this sentence formal?  'I can't lie, I'm very good at cleaning and organisin'

Is this sentence formal?  'I understand the timetable but I'm not sure this will work out'

Is this a formal sentence? I cannot be sure if this is suitable for me. 

A cover letter is not too important to your job application

A Cover letter should be long and very detailed

3 to 4 paragraphs are enough for Cover Letter
