Her medical problems include hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and hyperlipidemia. Her medications include glipizide (Glucotrol), simvastatin (Zocor), and lisinopril (Prinivil, Zestril). Findings on examination are within normal limits except for diffuse proximal muscle weakness and normal deep tendon reflexes.
