When there are visible rain drops falling with high frequency for the majority of clip’s frames.

Liquid substance, drops or grease on the windshield which is partially transparent and, being smeared on windshield, causes distorted vision in part of the image.

Snow / ice / on the windshield

We consider the hood and wipers as a blockage area.

This FS will occur most likely in this scenario - snowfall , early cold morning.

A distortion, brought about by windshield being wet, greasy, or oily.

Blinding by the host vehicle's own lights - High beam, creating a kind of triangle in front of the host driver.
