Stands with normal hip & knee extension and moderate ankle pronation with heel in contact with floor on left. Bilateral LE hypertonus greater on right than left. PROM: WNL except right ankle dorsiflexion to 10 degrees. Limited selective control of right ankle dorsiflexors and plantar flexors. Full selective control of left ankle dorsiflexors and plantar flexors. What AFO is best for right and left LE?
