Means "confirm " or "yes"

This is used to let others know you want them to stop communicating, so they can clearly hear what you need to say. Often used by those in command and in emergency situations. Please use with respect to others as this is not meant to be abused.

This is used when you said something wrong by mistake and you need to clarify what you want to communicate.

Term is used at the end of your transmission if you expecting a response

This is the official SOS/distress call for voice communications

Means "no" or "cannot comply"

Confirming you heard the transmission clearly and understand

This is used when you need somebody to repeat what they said because you did not understand what was said

You acknowledge the other party, but you can't respond immediately.

This transmission is from the station whose designator immediately follows. Do not use it in case of brevity

Can't comply as requested/directed

Directive to cease current action, attack or mission

Minimum fuel needed to recover to a refueling point

Cease all engagements, maneuvers, attacks, or activities.

Base of operations. This would be a home airfield, carrier, or other type of base being used for local operations.
