I work in a care home once a week 

it's voluntary work, so I don't get any money for it 

but I'm interested in a career in medicine

... and it's very interesting to work here

I speak with the people

... and they tell me fascinating stories from their childhood

every week I play chess with an older gentleman

... and he always wins

at school I help younger students with their German homework

it's a very positive experience 

in the future the workplace will, in my opinion be completely different

there will be more technology in the workplace

... and robots will do many tasks

... which people do now 

therefore there will be more unemployment

... and people will have perhaps 5 or 10 different jobs in their careers 

you also have to be prepared ... 

... to find a new job later in life

moreover we will have to work for longer

perhaps until you are 70 years old
