There is no need to mark objects that are not on such surfaces. For example, pedestrians standing on balconies will not be marked.
If the object is occluded in both lidar and camera view for a few frames and appears later - please keep using the same cuboid and add the 'not detected' value.
In case of articulated bus, The annotator should label the two parts as bendy bus with 2 separate cuboids
There is no need to mark individual objects parked in bicycle racks.
If you're not sure whether a pedestrian is an adult or a child, You can just leave it as false.
