From the INBOX page

You can upload a file or scan a document by clicking the Attach button.

The Inbox page allows you to work with the filing cabinets.

The___________  cabinet allows you to review and manage all the documents and packets that you have added for prospects, applicants, and residents.

The _____________cabinet stores all of the forms that you use individually through the Letters and Notices feature as well as any forms that you use in packets.

The Archive Documents cabinet allow you to view and manage the documents and forms you marked for archiving.

Document Management allows you to upload documents to individuals, households, vendors, and property entities from different locations in OneSite.

When you have a paper copy of a document, you don't need a scanner to create an electronic file.

The ______________  page lets you upload files from several locations in Document Management.

Documents and forms that are uploaded to RealPage Central can only be edited and updated at RealPage Central.

You can upload the document either by locating the file and dragging it into the Upload File box, or by using the Choose File link.

This feature lets you attach a stack of documents, and then assign them to specific residents and vendors in the Inbox. 

You cannot delete files from any property regardless of where the document was originally uploaded.

Document Management allows you to replace a file when you need to update or correct the contents of an existing attachment.

You can add a packet to another packet.

You cannot add a single document to multiple packets at the same time.

If a packet is created at RealPage Central, you can view it from the property level, but you can edit it only from RealPage Central.

A packet created at a property exists only at that property, and you can edit it only at that property.

The ________________  pane allows you to update the packet information, upload documents, generate forms, apply stamp for On File Signature Authorization (OFSA), sign using eSignatures, print barcodes, and submit for approval and complete the packet.

This process allows the property staff to send the signer an email message with links to sign documents without coming to the office to sign in person.

The Forms Library page lets you customize forms for the specific requirements of a company or property.

Where can you find the Merge Field Test link?

If your property requires you to edit a merge field in an existing form, you have to download a copy and apply the necessary changes to the form.

You can push forms only from RealPage Central. You can push a form from one property to another property.

Repeater merge fields are designed to generate a list of information. 

What are the two  types of  Repeater Fields?

If you are working with a DOCX file, you need to use the TableStart and TableEnd merge fields to enclose the row with repeater fields.
