Working with Applicants 2022

The leased prospect becomes an applicant, and when the unit details and move-in date are final, you can move the applicant into his or her new space.

Use the taskbar to view the summary of your property’s pending leasing process and learn the total number of accounts for each leasing task.

What process do we perform when applicants change their minds about the unit that they want to move into after you’ve already entered their information in OneSite.

If a pending resident decides not to move in, then you need to cancel his/her application to make the unit available for other prospects..

You cannot cancel an application when an applicant is no longer interested in your property.

Canceling an application is different from denying an applicant, which happens when they do not pass residency requirements.
