The control numbers from 1 to 999 refer to the bank deposit (or batch) in which the payment is included.

The first letter in a transaction code represents a transaction type within a larger transaction category.

You can use any transaction code when posting deposits in the Deposits ledger.

In New OneSite Experience, where can you post scheduled billing?

If scheduled billing posting is pending for a given date, it appears as a required task when you advance a property date

The __________________  page is where you run the scheduled billing process to post charges for the new month’s rent and all other recurring transactions set up to bill automatically through scheduled billing.

You must run the preview or post the scheduled billing before OneSite updates this page with audit stamp information.

The Bulk Transactions feature is available in the new OneSite experience.

OneSite does automatically post the entries that appear in the Payments to Post section to resident accounts.

After you’ve entered and posted the different types of payments made to your property, you can use the ______________  page to close the bank deposit.
